1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to Palmex Group Inc. ("PayAlma," "Palmex," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our payment services, including all features, functionalities, and content provided by Palmex (collectively, the "Services").
By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our Services.
2. Eligibility and Account Registration
2.1. Eligibility

To access the Services, you must register for an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and other identifying information necessary for our Customer Due Diligence (CDD) processes.

As a licensed MSB, we are required to verify your identity and, in some cases, your source of funds. You agree to cooperate fully with our verification procedures and provide any requested documents or information. Failure to do so may result in the suspension or termination of your account.
2.4. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username, password, etc.) and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach.
3. Our Services and Your Obligations
3.1. Nature of Services
We provide payment services, which may include money transmission, currency exchange, and other related services. We are not a bank, and funds held in your account are not insured by any government entity.
3.2. User Obligations
You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes. You shall not use our Services for any of the following:
• Illegal or fraudulent activities, including money laundering and terrorist financing.
• Transactions involving sanctioned individuals, entities, or jurisdictions.
• Payments for goods or services that are illegal or that violate these Terms.
• Any other activity that we, in our sole discretion, deem inappropriate or high-risk.
3.3. AML/CFT Compliance
You acknowledge that we are subject to strict anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorist financing (CFT) laws. We reserve the right to monitor, investigate, and report any suspicious activity to the appropriate regulatory authorities. You agree not to structure transactions or engage in any behavior designed to evade our AML/CFT policies.
4. Fees and Payments
4.1. Fees
You agree to pay all fees associated with your use of the Services. Our fee schedule will be made available to you on our website or within your account dashboard. We reserve the right to change our fees at any time, with prior notice to you.
4.2. Payment Authorization
By initiating a transaction, you authorize us to debit your account for the transaction amount plus any applicable fees.
4.3. Disputes and Chargebacks
You are responsible for all chargebacks, reversals, fines, and fees imposed by our third-party payment providers or financial institutions. You agree to assist us in investigating any transaction disputes.
5. Prohibited Activities and Account Termination
5.1. Prohibited Activities
You are strictly prohibited from engaging in any activity that violates these Terms, including but not limited to:
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during account registration or verification.
• Using our Services in a manner that could damage, disable, or impair our platform.
• Attempting to circumvent our security measures or transaction monitoring systems.
• Abusing our Services in any way.
5.2. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to our Services immediately, without prior notice, if:
• We have reason to believe you are engaged in illegal or fraudulent activity.
• You violate any of these Terms.
• Your account poses an unacceptable risk to our platform or our compliance obligations.
• We are required to do so by a regulatory authority or a court order.
5.3. Account Closure
You may close your account at any time by following the instructions on our website. Upon closure, you are responsible for any outstanding fees or obligations. We may retain your data for a minimum period as required by law.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the fees you have paid to us in the six (6) months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

All content, features, and functionality of the Services, including our logo, name, and software, are the exclusive property of Palmex Group Inc. and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, copy, or distribute any part of our intellectual property without our express written consent.
